Shelby County Schools Report
Shelby County Schools Report is a local news magazine designed to inform the community about activities and events occurring within Shelby County Schools. Each month, a student reporter produces a "Teacher Feature" report, highlighting the efforts of a special educator in our system. Also featured is a "School of the Month" report, focusing on a unique aspect of that month's school. SCSR also highlights outstanding administrators and programs in Shelby County Schools. The show closes with a message from Superintendent Dorsey Hopson and a calendar of upcoming events. Special shows have included reports on summer enrichment camps, award-winning teachers and innovative programs based in educational technology. The December show features holiday performances from three Shelby County high school choral groups.
