News 101
Watch our students almost every Saturday morning during the school year on the local NBC affiliate, WMC-TV Action News 5. Each week during the morning newscast, a GHS-TV reporter and videographer produce a local story that’s aired to the entire WMC-TV viewing area.
Crosstalk
This weekly talk show is hosted and produced by the students of GHS-TV. Our station’s longest-running show, Crosstalk spotlights people, places, events and issues here in Shelby County and beyond. Guests have included legendary composer Charles Strouse, iconic record producer Sam Phillips, civil rights leaders Terrence Roberts and Benjamin Hooks and Saturday Night Live star Chris Parnell.

Live Coverage of the Germantown Festival
Tune in to GHS-TV every Germantown Festival Sunday for this live show produced from the Festival grounds. This three-hour celebration is hosted and produced by the students of GHS-TV. Our student hosts welcome guests and performers from all over the Mid-South. The show also features student reports on the artisans, organizations, food, games and traditions that make the Festival such a popular event.

Election Night
GHS-TV's award-winning Election Night coverage has been a staple of the community for nearly three decades. This live production features results from local and national elections, a breakdown of the closest races, political analysis from the student anchors, reports from all over the area and interviews with candidates across Shelby County.

Cable quiz
Cable Quiz is a student hosted and produced knowledge bowl-style game show taped at GHS-TV. The student moderator quizzes teams of contestants on their knowledge of history, science, math, and pop culture. The winning team gets a plaque and the chance to join the GHS Knowledge Bowl team.

Storytime
Storytime is a collaboration between GHS-TV and Germantown High School's Early Childhood Development program. Each month, student storytellers read to children who are in the daycare class.

Red Devil News Beat is your source for the day's top stories. Every morning GHS students get a wrap up what’s going locally, nationally, and internationally. They also get a look at the sports world. The stories are written daily, right before the show goes on air, to give viewers the most up-to-date information.
