| The current members of the Germantown Community Television Foundation are as follows:

Marian Bruns, Ralph Gabb, Anita Hays,
Dr. Ted Horrell, Ken Ketcham, Dr. Lyle Muller
The Board of Directors for the Germantown Community Television Foundation is comprised of seven individuals as follows:
1. Shelby County School Superintendent (or designee);
2. Germantown High School Principal (or designee);
3. Germantown City Administrator (or designee);
4. Chairman of the Cable Television Commission of the
City of Germantown (or designee);
5. Three community representatives to be selected by
the City of Germantown Board of Mayor and
Aldermen, who shall be Germantown citizens who are
not employed by the City or by Shelby County Schools.
